Our Yard Manager, Sue Jenkins, was honoured to receive a Civic Award for her outstanding contributions to the community. She was presented with her award by the Mayor of Welwyn and Hatfield, Barbara Fitzsimmon. Well done Sue, a well deserved accolade!
We were delighted to receive a cheque for £5900 from The Mayor of Welwyn and Hatfield, Barbara Fitzsimmon, having chosen us as her Charity of the Year It has been wonderful to have her attend many of our events this year and Digswell Place RDA would like to say a massive thank you to her for choosing us as her charity this last year.

Dogsand daffs2019 Thank you to our volunteers, visitors and supporters, a record £8,300 was raised at our 5th Dogs & Daffs event. Another fantastic day at Hatfield House Park courtesy of Lord & Lady Salisbury.

Our Zoo ball last weekend raised an amazing £17500 .....it was a very enjoyable evening: food was fabulous, music excellent, photographer superb, auction and raffle astounding !!!
On a sunny Friday in September we were delighted to welcome Mrs Suzy Harvey, The High Sheriff of Hertfordshire along with Mayor, Councillor Barbara Fitzsimon and Hatfield Borough Council Chief Executive Mr Rob Bridge on a visit to the Yard. There were plenty of smiles and giggles as they met the riders, ponies and volunteers and saw our young riders in action.
Dear Friends of Digswell Place Group RDA, Come & Join Us ! Our 11th annual Charity Ball will be on Saturday 20th October at Tewin Bury Farm Hotel. We are now taking bookings and do hope you can join us in what is a fabulous evening, raising money for a wonderful cause.
